Design Authority(DA) qualified on the Hanford Site. SKM TOOLS certification to perform ARC FLASH calculations. Experience with NEC and NFPA 70E. Power system design which involve drawings which include one line diagrams, panel schedules, electrical site plans and rack details. Perform Electrical risk assessments with use of PTW power tools along with the NFPA 70E.

Projects including research of components, datasheets, and any general information required for the team for certain projects. Accountable for documenting and resolving appeals, at multiple levels, in accordance with numerous and complex state, federal and voluntary regulatory requirements. In responding to member appeals, coordinators strive to maintain organizational integrity and to enhance/increase overall member satisfaction through appeal resolutions. All investigations and communications are HIPAA compliant.

Process and delegate document requests for member appeals, Office of Insurance Commissioner complaints, received via phone, fax, email and mail.Involves rigorous research for cases which involve: interpreting medical coverage, claims, authorizations, clinical reviews, eligibility, and interpretation of legal documents.Provide guidance about the appeal process and requirements to members, prospective members, providers, other, insurance coverage, agents, brokers, attorneys, employer groups and other member representatives over the telephone or via secure email.This position involves answering high volume of complex verbal communication with members and providers interpreting needs in order to assure a clear and accurate assessment of their issue and assist them in a culturally appropriate manner. Prepare all material for case review in a way that meets regulatory requirements and the needs of the Appeal Coordinator who will investigate and/or consult on the case. Provide ongoing support to Appeal Coordinator.Knowledge/Skills required for this position- Document handling and data entry- Microsoft Office products- Word & Excel- Knowledge and skills in Adobe- Advanced organization and prioritizing skills - Attention to detail- Customer service and communication skills- Ability to interpret and clearly translate consumer appeal requests and documentation
