Growing up, I had an intense passion for building and designing. Interestingly, I also found myself saving packaging that I found to be unique and compelling. As I began to navigate and plan for my future, I discovered the packaging program at Michigan State University. In combining engineering sciences with design thinking, technical project management and the opportunity to build a more sustainable future, I had found the perfect fit.Current Function: Supplier sustainability, supplier development & performance management, digitization, supplier auditing, vendor management, and product quality.Skillset: Technical program management, life cycle analysis, root cause analysis/problem solving, sustainable thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.Details:Through my experience as both a supplier quality and packaging engineer, I have developed an extensive skillset to perform strategic programs across the organization, commercialize sustainable solutions, enhance product quality through supplier management, and prioritize digitization and data management to reinforce the PepsiCo portfolio.
