• Responsible for Human Relations activities and issues within various business units• Work directly with senior management on HR issues • Train, communicate and educate employees and managers on HR procedures, policy, programs and systems • Present HR topics in leadership, staff and all-employee meetings • Manage and resolve employee relations issues• Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policy interpretations• Act as a partner with Business Unit Management on employee and organization development activities• Partner with Centers of Excellence to deliver timely results and excellent customer service• Provide performance management and career guidance to employees• Partner with Managers on succession planning and business unit restructuring/reorganization• Coach and advise executives, managers and employees through employee relations and other HR matters• Drive annual Human Resources Development (HRD), performance evaluation and salary planning processes, and talent acquisition activities within designated organizational units (executive to entry level)• Work with managers to create and implement individual and team development plans• Advise and support managers and employees on international assignments including work authorization/visa • Support Strategic Workforce Planning Initiatives • Responsible for interviewing and offer creation for assigned groups• Consult on and approve compensation offers for assigned business units• Responsible for monthly KPI reporting • Serve as backup for other HR Business Partners
