I have most recently been promoted to Director of Budget and Planning for the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. In my prior role as Assistant Controller I;- Responsible for the financial management of over 700 Endowment Funds with a value of over $670 million- Strategized with the Development Department to ensure Campaign fund raising efforts resulted in maximum impact to financial goals and desired initiatives- Responsible for the financial management of over $22 million in discretionary gifts to the museum- Assist in the annual MFA budgeting process by projecting future income from all Endowment Funds, determining which areas of operations those funds would benefit most in future years and that income generated was being used to its fullest extent possible for the museum- Perform month end closing processes for Museum Operations and Revenue Recognition- Produced board packages for quarterly Trustee Meetings- Ensure that monthly endowment fund income produced is properly supporting the MFA Operating Budget and that the income generated is being used to its fullest extent-
