Site coordinator for the Indiana UMC Annual Conference, hosted by St. Luke's UMC in June of 2024. I managed all on-site logistics and planning, including serving on the Annual Conference Program Planning Committee as a local church hosts Annual Conference for the first time.

Oversaw all of the program ministries of the church including: Kids, Students, Adults, Care, Outreach, Communications, New Here & Hospitality, our Online Community, and Midtown Campus. Also served twice during this time as the Interim Director of Worship & the Arts. Responsible for implementing our congregational strategic plan, staff culture, and leading various staff groups including our Leadership Team, Ministry Team (all department heads) and weekly staff chapel. Served on the Governing Board and Staff Parish Committees.Accomplishments: - Staff lead on the process to discern if we should go multi-site with a Midtown Campus. Once approved, oversaw the process of merging an existing UMC congregation into St. Luke's. After closure of of the existing congregation, sold parsonage to fund renovations before relaunch. - Oversaw the shift to virtual and then hybrid ministry due to COVID. This process included working with our operations teams for over $500,000 worth of upgrades to improve our AVL systems in two worship spaces. We navigated COVID with a minimal loss of overall attendance as we reemerged. - Facilitated the integration of the Center for Contemplation & Justice into the larger body of St. Luke's. This has included a new integration team, new ministry specific leadership teams, and the renaming of departments to Outreach & Justice and Care & Contemplation. - Have hired: Directors of Kids, Students, Outreach, Communications, Pastor of Visitation, Administrative Roles, and Directors of Traditional Worship, Contemporary Worship, AV Media, and an Executive Director of Worship & the Arts.

Lead the development of a small group program for engagement and discipleship. Established the culture of year-round groups and grew the number of groups from 12 to 55. At that point, 25% of those in small groups were young adults under the age of 40. Our discipleship offerings were rounded out with Disciple Bible Study, and short-term and ongoing classes.
