NCP (New Cross Pacific) - from 2014 to from 2017- Draft of ITT (Invitation to Tender) for Marine Parts on behalf of Korea Telecom- Discussion with the bidders and support for making decision for the bidder.- As a marine installation subcontractor on behalf of KT Submarine, leading the contract discussion with the main contractor of NCP (SubCom LLC) for the marine installation works in Korea as well as in China with achieving ~ $17M from NCP Project.Other than the above, as a team director of sales & marketing, I achieved lots of projects other than the above projects.1. Development of Customer - Huawei Marine, Taiwanese Gov't, other cable system owners in South East Asia- Leading the contract negotiation with the customer; and achieve ~ $10M contract per year on average2.
