- Support Director of L&D to plan, organize and execute retail training across South Asia, Hong Kong and Macau to support the business development in the channel of Travel retail, wholesale and own retail.- Organize and conduct individual and group trainings in various ways such as classroom/livestream training, in store training, workshops to frontline staff- Set up on job coaching to key stores and follow up with customized training sessions by analyzing development needs- Monitor, measure and report on all training activities and achievements.
