As an intent Analyst it is my duty to listen to and decipher incoming calls made to the automatic phone menu's of our clients. It is a job that requires listening skills, precision and speed, and I have flourished. I am not at liberty to discuss what clients we serve, but I have been trained on over twenty separate systems, when most never make it past ten. I now serve a particularly difficult grouping, one they give to the more experienced IAs.

Being an enumerator, my duties included traveling through neighborhoods I was unfamiliar with to gather information from residences who had failed to submit their required paperwork. This required customer service skills, especially since many were not eager to speak with me. Additionally, there were cases where a house had no residents, and to complete the forms for these residences I was required to do some additional investigation.
