Contract Performance Officer - Projects, Real Property Division, Citizens' Services
CurrentWorks collaboratively with the service provider, promoting continuous improvement, to ensure that deliverables and KPIs as set out in the Master Services Agreement are being met. Acts as project management SME and contract specialist with regards to the structure of project services for the portfolio of Province properties. Sits on the Joint Services Committee. Accountable for monitoring service provider performance and identify efficiencies and opportunities for service provision improvements. Working independently and in conjunction with other key stakeholders, undertakes detailed data analysis and monitors that controls are in place to effectively manage financial and business risk. Maintains and coordinates project file audits, reporting and training.
