Throughout the years I have come to know Eric well. He is a man of integrity with an impeccable work ethic. As a Customer Support Engineer and Trainer at Teltronics, Eric’s first thought was always for the customer experience. He made every effort to achieve the highest possible level of customer satisfaction in each interaction, whether it was a prepared training class or a late night emergency call for help. His aggressive and focused approach to projects at hand is refreshing and extremely beneficial. He plans ahead, gathers resources, and executes tasks to project completion. I have frequently seen Eric working late to follow through on a customer issue or working on training material development. Customers were always happy to work with Eric because he treated them with care and was genuinely happy to help them. Eric developed the current 2-week training curriculum, including material presentation slides, trainer’s notes, lab modules, and examinations, from beginning to end. The products and applications covered during the class are complex with heavy technical content. On class surveys Eric consistently received a rating of Outstanding from the students who attended his class. Almost always there was additional positive feedback through hand-written comments about his presentation skills. He made the material understandable and kept the class on track even when teaching students with a diverse range skill sets. Eric goes the extra mile for both customers and co-workers. He dives into nagging technical challenges and learns to make adjustments to fulfill the need. For example, Eric became the go-to guy for an internal trouble ticketing system that needed database selectivity and data presentation adjustments. His willingness to find solutions made day to day business activities a lot easier. I highly recommend Eric as a reliable, hard-working individual who consistently exceeds expectations."
