About Eric Carson
I am an “Eagle Eye.” Like an Eagle soaring high for its prey, I soar high to lift people to their highest potential. Doing so continues to lift me to my highest potential. I draw people out for their sake, and the sake of the team. I’ve accomplished this as Director of Sales, I’ve done this as a Branch Manager, hiring my own replacement as we moved to bring our children closer to their extended family. I’ve done this as trainer and coach, in my life as an Auto transporter (yes the truck you won’t drive behind, as your fear a car falling off). Many have realized long term success while I served as coach/Director of sales. One that stands out moved into prominence on the team. As Branch Manager I was successful tripling revenue, while meeting the challenges of a saturated market. As Auto transporter I trained/coached others to a prosperous career. I supported many drivers, using my skills, that at time saved their job. I find solutions. Some of the solutions are seen by few. I simply will NOT give up! Along with the team, we will exhaust all that we see as possible.This also is a part of me.
