• Support the master data migration process during the SAP implementation.• Provide methodological support to Key Users to create master data.• Prepare weekly reports and presentations about the progress of the project.

• Analyze, explain and give advice to keep controlled KPIs and achieve budgeted targets (Balanced scorecards, Financial summary and Budget control of production expenses).• Register and follow up budgeted investments and cash flow (Capital Expenses).• Analyze current situation and forecast in order to create year-end estimations and budgets for following years. Main information: Production Output, Headcount, P&L, Cost per Unit, Efficiencies.• Prepare full-year budget presentations, explaining differences from scenarios.

• Consolidate information and analyze viability of commercial projects.• Coordinate with suppliers, and customers about projects implementation, and follow up ensuring meeting deadlines.• Prepare presentations and reports to analyze projects, sales and KPIs.

• Coordinate with Head sales commercial activities as launching, promotions, prices outlets, market analysis, etc.• Control the commercial activities into SAP System Program and advice new promotions according to inventory.• Give support preparing reports and data sheets to manage represented lines.
