As the Director of Finance for National Fire Protection, I acted as the primary head of all aspects of the company's accounts. These roles included oversight of all aspects of accounts (accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, contracts, pay rates, change order rates, variance analysis, monthly reports to ownership). This leadership position also included operational planning, such as budgeting and forecasting to increase profit margins of National Fire Protection LLC.
