With more than 15 years of IT experience, including scientific/clinical and GIS experience. Eric possesses over 10 years of experience in exercising technical and management direction over multi-disciplined engineering teams integrating, implementing, and sustaining highly visible USAF IT enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to the Air Force Portal infrastructure called the Global Combat Support System - Air Force (GCSS-AF). Such endeavors included deployment, test, functional, and risks analyses. Eric is experienced with a variety of ERP Tool suites, managing and controlling system implementations, version control, automated patch and release, quality control, and quality assurance (i.e. Oracle EBusiness Suite, HP Mercury IT Governance, HP Quality Center, etc.). He has operated enterprise class application services and database systems in government and private industry for nearly 15 years, inclusive of 12 years Oracle Ebusiness Suite and database administration, over 10 years of experience with Sun Solaris and HP-UX system administration, and 5 years of Red Hat Linux administration. He is experienced working with Government PMO and FMO leadership in project and task leadership roles supporting program management reviews, change control board actions as well as leading local teams to ensure project milestones are met and status is effectively reported to Program Management teams. Within DISA and USAF, Mr. Caver has over 5 years as an IT Scientific Professional working with uncontrolled and controlled IT architectural builds involving the creation and practice of rigorous deployment processes. Outside of federal government Mr. Caver was part of a five member DBA team that supported the development and production of a scientific clinical trials application at Duke University Clinical Research Institute.
