I would love to build on my years as a chef of cuisine and executive chef for a Mediterranean cuisine restaurant by serving in a similar capacity in preparing to become an executive chef. I am willing to learn new styles of cooking and preparation as well as take on additional responsibilities. I am extremely passionate about what I do and therefore I am an exceedingly hard worker, quick learner and always wanting to learn new things. With 10+ years of experience in preparing different types of cuisine, there is much I can offer to develop, organize, and enhance your establishment. In my current position, I train line cooks, pantry workers, dishwashers, and inform wait staff. My first culinary position at That’s Amore we won two awards for being the best local and Inland Empire Italian restaurant. During my second culinary position at Ponte Winery we were voted one of the top 50 restaurants for outdoor dining in the United States. Lastly, during my position working with Pechanga Casino The Great Oak Steakhouse, a AAA Four Diamond-rated establishment, I have been a part of winning multiple awards and competitions. With my extreme passion for flavors, my use of fresh ingredients, and culinary experience, I truly believe that I can make a vital impact in the growth of your establishment.
