Managed the development team in charge of the two Tivoli VoIP products. This was an international position managing a team located in the US and Rome Italy. Two successful on time deliveries. Managed international beta program with client interaction. Represented the two products with sales calls at such leading providers as Verizon, Bell Canada, BT, Telstra Clear, KVH, Telus and Bermuda Telephone Company. Lead a joint sales play with Nortel selling the Carrier VoIP solution to Nortel's CS2K customer base. This involved leading cadence calls, customer calls, account tracking, collateral and webinars to increase pipeline and attract sales.

Managed the team responsible for Packaged Solution delivery of VoIP Packaged Solutions

Played an integral part of development of two new products for Micromuse; Netcool for VoIP Management and Netcool for Security Management. Attended many industry events representing both solutions as well as many customer visits. Became team lead and eventually took over management for this team.
