-12 years experience as a Licensed Claims Adjuster in Florida for Progressive-Extensive knowledge and training in the Auto Claims field, Specifically Property Damage and Casualty.-Complex claims with large loss/high exposure for injuries and property damage-Daily responsibilities included customer communications, taking statements from all parties, resolving coverage issues, investigating, determining and assigning liability, writing estimates, negotiating agreements, sourcing parts, managing the entire repair process including supplements, settling total losses with customers and finance companies, organizing and managing a dispatched workload which took me to numerous assigned zip codes daily.-Additional responsibilities included: Establishing and maintaining a strong positive relationship with dozens of large national auto dealerships as well as small independently owned shops, negotiating agreed repairs and an agreed price, maintaining and operating my company take-home vehicle-Level 3 Property Damage experience involving exotic vehicles for which there is no reference database and which require a manual estimate for all repairs including parts, paint and labor times/operations.-Because of my indispensable experience and training I was often selected to train and mentor my peers for the benefit of their development.-I have represented Progressive as an expert witness in trial/mediation scenarios on multiple occasions.-I am a particularly motivated individual with the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.-I consistently demonstrated the ability to excel in my position and frequently exceeded my target goals as well as the high expectations of my customers.-Exceedingly organized individual with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.-As a State Licensed Adjuster I adhere to the highest level of ethics and integrity.-I have maintained a perfect driving record and have no criminal background.
