- To have Requirement (Compliance Matrix) from carriers discussed with HTC project team in any aspect of smartphone function, lock down SPEC with carriers before submitting product to carriers’ lab verifying process. - To track project milestones and coordinate team to have objectives set by carriers in different stages delivered. - As an AT&T Verified Labs (AVL) Manager, to oversee the process, organization and scope applied to execute AT&T test plan (10776) on a device, help to supervise HTC project team to get AT&T Technical Approval. - Manage scope and schedule of sustaining projects software updating (FOTA) - Attend discussion of Device/Network Future Technology Roadmap with carriers and be the bridge to deliver to internal function teams. - Projects Handled: New HTC One (M8), New HTC One (M7)
