That includes:o Human Capital Direct Reports of ~100 Security Officers, up to 7 Supervisors, and up to 6 Armed Tactical Response Officerso Responsible for being intimately familiar with the contract governing the scope of work, and ensuring that it is managed correctly in my book of business, and ensuring that all employees are in compliance, in accordance with said contract◆ Directly Responsible for the day-to-day Safety and Security of 9 Client Buildings in the CVA & Hampton Roads Region. These include:o 2 Data Centers – the Security of Client Customer Data is of utmost importance, and therefore, about half of the hours in this Book of Business are dedicated to the Data Centers.o 2 Hybrid Professional Buildings/Call Centers – containing both salaried/support professionals, along with call center associates.o 5 Dedicated Call Centers – containing about 5,000-10,000 employees total, where the importance of their Safety and Security, and the Client property, cannot be overstated.◆ Responsible for communication with the local Client Area Manager and the National Accounts Portfolio Manager to ensure that the management of all Financial, and Operational Goals are being exceeded, while continuing to provide a superior level of customer service and satisfaction.◆ Ensuring that the Client’s proprietary Security Management Employee’s (those that oversee the vendor’s work) are kept abreast of all situations as they happen, and working with those same Client’s to ensure that our partnership is working at peak efficiency, by lending my expertise to the conversation, and ensuring that all wants and needs are executed immediately and properly.◆ Responsible for traveling to all Client Sites on a regular basis, to ensure that service is being provided, and to interact with onsite AUS and Client employees, to ensure complete transparency and the highest level of Customer Service.
