The Senior Manager-GT is to represent MFM- Dinding Poultry to manage the affiliate’s operations (Flour, FPP & PP) in all aspects (e.g., business, distributorship management, internal organization and governance, compliance, administration, human resources & Section P&L). The mission includes the development and expansion of our commercial footprint ensuring operational performance, profitability, and sustainability in all our activities. The core focus is to expand distributorship network in Borneo, Singapore and Malaysia with total Annual turnover of more that 840mil per year.

1. Leading and managing sales team in Northern, with region & distributor P&L responsibility. 2. Monitor towards achieving sales target via trade fundamentals essentials in place, monthly performance review on customers by classification, distribution, spend & UBA. 3. Planning business drivers - Trade Investment (D&R, A&P) to maximize Share, ROI and invest responsibly. 4. Implementation of sales discipline in store to achieve best availability (Hot spot) and visibility (Eye-level) that consistently expand In Store Share (share of shelves) & Communication above market performance. 5. Influence the hiring & retention for business growth & sustainability. Lead, coach & motivate team to deliver company objective in full. 6. Embed Unicharm Way, OODA & BOP-ship throughout all business directions and day to day operations.

Responsible to spread head Malaysia Chilled business, Singapore Dairies, Northern Traditional Trade and to develop Malaysia strategic business initiatives (Food Services) for market expansion and growth opportunities.
