Accountable for path-find and analyze new market segment with strong growth potentials, propose innovative ideas and contribute to the new business creation (NBC), a corporate initiative to grow the company into new and adjacent market opportunities. Specialization and research into automotive electronics, infotainment, navigation and consumer electronics industries.

Accountable achieving or exceeding sales targets, key accounts management, territory sales funnel creation and conversion. Responsible for maintaining and protecting existing installed bases, expand or increase market share and penetration into competitive turfs through strategic resource planning, tactical wins, solution selling that addresses customers' needs, improving customer loyalty and customer satisfactions.

Accountable for test technology and competency to support new product introductions and engineering change for existing telecommunication products and parts manufactured at the sites. Test development responsibilities include test strategy development, station architecture and schematic layout planning, test fixture design, test software development and deployment, equipment sourcing, station installation and commissioning, documentation and maintenance strategy implementation. Areas of expertise include fully and semi-automated functional/parametric test, in-circuit test and burn-in test processes.
