Identified and prioritized work, developed business cases, secured funding, introduced new innovative technologies, led Scientific Data Cloud Governance, fostered and built relationships with senior leaders across lines (Digital and Business) and worked with multiple creation centers (AIBI, WRD) to ensure work was completed. Led the Architecture and Design of the Global Clinical Supply Self Service Data Market Place. 4 Technolgies (AWS, Alation, Alteryx, Spotfire) working together as a single self-service solution. Led team in transitioning from Waterfall to an Agile methodology for delivering analytics Implemented a user-defined data layer and data catalog for Global Clinical Supply enabling the business to build analytic models and reports without support of digital. Designed and Directed a successful effort in forming a partnership between Global Product Development and MedDesign to make PK/PD clinical and non-clinical data available for modelers to virtually model exposure data without running experiments (POC). Lead Client Partner for the Research Information Factory Modernization Program, a legacy warehouse to AWS Data Lake (Scientific Data Cloud)).

Served as BT Client Partner supporting Portfolio Decision Analysis, Data Analytics & Innovation (StratCo), business development evaluation and corporate strategy. Developed and maintained two-three-year strategic application and data strategy roadmap, planned strategy all applications within portfolio, led business Case development for new projects and programs, evaluated upcoming, new and or disruptive technology, managed stakeholder relationships, managed financial functions of all ongoing projects, managed vendors, served on customer advisory boards and interacted with other BT teams, including BTI, GBI, MTES, and SODE) Designed and implemented a best in class data virtualization solution for Pfizer’s Portfolio Mgmt Group. Onboarded Big Data and analytics platforms SparkBeyond, Oracle in-memory and OmniSci, led and conducted numerous POC’s with different analytic and Big Data vendors to support our data strategy. Spearheaded and managed first implementation of instrumenting the business reporting portal for GPM; owned and actively managed the OneSource Platform while coordinating numerous large projects and programs, including the reporting workstream for a major upgrade for enterprise R&D Project Management System (EPM), MIP, Data and Reporting Workstreams for RAPID, closed-loop (Phase 2 of RAPID), and implementation of portfolio valuation platform (Enrich). Led a project titled 'SERIS' to enable the use of graph databases to create a data fabric within Research to support secondary reuse of data. The project became an R&D wide data fabric.Led the creation of a Global Product Development resource management tool enabling effective resource allocation planning and capacity management for GPD. This tool was built 100% in the cloud.
