CurrentResponsible for the management & operation of seven Facilities and Plant Operations, Engineering, HVAC, Safety, Security, Environmental Services and Janitorial services. Negotiate and oversee all contractual relationships for Engineering Services, Janitorial, Building Maintenance, and Fire Alarm Systems, office support equipment, pest control and grounds maintenance. Implemented a preventative maintenance system for all building equipment. Developed a work order program for scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance and to track man-hours and response time. Developed and implemented new policies, procedures, goals and performance standards for all operational departments. Plan and coordinate all internal / external moves, construction, And space planning. Act as Project Manager for internal build outs, new construction projects, and tenant relations. Negotiated fixed pricing for electric, fuel and reduced operational cost associated with utility cost. Oversee Maintenance Department, Porters 1 / Porters 2 staff totaling 65 employees. Work with IT Department on infrastructure designing and improvements.
