GOALS & CURRENT OPERATIONS/GROWTH:Real estate executive with a broad of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate, especially with HUD loan development. Created Claxton Group Inc's "Reverse Merger Acquisitions Program"- which is what the company pushes 95% of its new multifamily, medical & assisted living assets through for long term financing. The program is funded through HUD 223F program. This program has lead to the company's explosive growth- As of 2010; the company has enjoyed a growth rate that outpaces other operators. My long term goal for the company is to continue to assist in its expansion and climb in the national market place as a national conglomerate with operations in media & film, retailing, manufacturing & our continued expansion in the commercial real estate area with its multifamily, elderly & medical development projects on a national level.
