The last 4 years I've worked on a part-time basis in the construction industry. During that time, I've facilitated and managed numerous construction projects including the remodeling of entire homes, unfinished basements and outdated kitchens.

At Tier 4, we use a team approach to serve our clientele. All of the coaches work with each of the clients to give input on programming, nutritional and lifestyle strategies to help put our clients in the best possible position to succeed. We work with a comprehensive network of doctors to assist in all facets of your life including; Nutritionists, Physical Therapist, Chiropractors, Surgeons, Pyschologist and Doctors.

As a M.I. we teach the Equinox Fitness Training curriculum to all of the new trainers once they are hired. Topics that we teach include; Biomechanics, Anatomy, Physiology, Cardiovascular system, Exercise Physiology, Basic Medical Concepts, Exercise Programming and Design, Exercise Technique and Progression.

As Fitness Manager, it was my responsibility to oversee a staff of approximately 30 personal trainers while simultaneously ensuring the club attained its monthly revenue goals. While balancing my own schedule of clients, it was also my duty to ensure the exercise prescriptions of my trainers were not only safe and effective for their clients, but also adhered to sound principles of exercise science. Furthermore, in my role as Master Instructor, I was responsible for providing in-house education for novice and developing personal trainers.
