• Dispatched from a Help Desk ticket system to assist 680 employee work stations on a 2 building campus.• Main focus was to support employee work stations for setup of IT infrastructure or construction of required ergonomic office equipment.• Performed new employee set ups that would include docking station connections for laptops. Install 2 monitor stands to each desk. Mount 2 monitors for each workstation. Connect required VGA or HDMI cables or adapters. Pulled employee data reports for HR management.• Performed daily monitor and management of security PC and 35 connected cameras. Assisted in managing Trimble contracted security guards. Created security videos and reports from software for HR management.• Collaborated with contractors to perform all campus preventive and emergency maintenance. This included HVAC, plumbing, grounds keeping, lighting, electrical, and security systems. Maintained preventive maintenance records in software to uphold no interruption of employee productivity caused by campus infrastructure failure. Monitored contracted house keeping staff to deliver professional work environment.• Assigned as primary backup associate for all shipping and receiving for the Trimble campus. Performed daily shipment of domestic and international packages using FedEx and UPS software. Sorted and delivered incoming packages to both Trimble buildings. Trimble is a worldwide company that required imediate action for shipping and receiving.

In 2009 I was promoted to the position of Service Technologies associate. This position required managing the service programs of Trimble MGIS/MCS products from engineering release through end of sales life followed by an additional 5 years of service. Each service program required construction of a service manual and service training presentation from engineering specifications. The training presentation was used to train Trimble regional service center and Trimble Service Provider technicians on MGIS/MCS products. This position also included the creation and management of all service parts through the life of the product. Managing service parts required using data tools such as Oracle and Remedy. In 2016 I was part of the ST team that built the MGIS/MCS data for the release of a new service software called Atlas. This software allows Trimble technicians around the world to have instant access to all the service publications required for service repair. This position also required working with product management and engineering to release any service bulletins or service warranty programs. I was also responsible for providing worldwide technical support for all of the Trimble Service Centers. This included Shanghai, Moscow, Raunheim, Stockholm, and the main service center in Dayton, Ohio.
