Input was instrumental in standardizing training throughout the regiment. -Prepared, validated and maintained over 40 Military Police Training Packets to both local and national Law Enforcement compliance and accreditation standards. -Planned, resourced and supervised the development and execution of a company level Law Enforcement Certification Exercise. Certified 112 Military Police Soldiers to successfully support the community. -Recognized as a technical and tactical subject matter expert by being nominated as an Observer Controller during Joint Readiness Training Rotation 10-14.-Dedicated Leader, coached and mentored one Sergeant Audie Murphy Club attendee, mutiple NCO of the Quarter Board winners and seven Commandant's list awardees.
