The creation of the Tender Rejection Report in Power Bi enabled accurate measurement of carrier performance, supporting decision-making processes. Additionally, I led the Winter One Day Lead Time Project, conducting analysis and simulations to mitigate the impact of extreme winter temperatures on the on-time rate in rail terminals.
