My Customers appreciated my follow-up re this issue; especially at the expense of my commissions.2016 my sales exceeded $900,000 with a 42% match rate.Our Team achieved several Contest Standards for Protection Agreements (Extended Warranties) and were Top 3 in Atlantic Canada in Sales. Sales growth only got stymied when Sears Canada started to experience the Service of Supply issue in April-June 2017.Sears announced June 21, 2017 that it was filing for Credit Protection and most recently Bankruptcy.Although my compensation changed substantially following the Credit Protection annoucements; I completed my full term of employment upto closure. i tried to ensure that my and our Sears clients were provided my best service possible under these strained conditions.
