I'm the tax leader for the Southeast Region of Grant Thornton Advisors LLC with twenty years of experience in public accounting, all with Grant Thornton's South Florida practice. I have significant asset management fund expertise, having served some of the country’s large private equity funds at the fund, general partner, management company, and portfolio company levels. My technical expertise in partnership taxation includes federal tax compliance, partnership structuring and modelling, K-1 allocations, 704(b) capital account maintenance, tax basis calculations, and other partnership tax consulting. In the corporate arena, I also have extensive experience preparing and reviewing tax provisions under ASC 740.
