Prior to the joining Iconic, Eric was the Founder and Managing Partner of Integral Capital Advisors, LLC (“Integral”), an Axial Top 50 Lower Middle Market Healthcare M&A Advisor. Eric has over 20 years of experience originating and executing transactions in the Health & Wellness, Food & Beverage, Consumer, and Healthcare Services sectors. Prior to founding Integral, Eric was a Senior Vice President at Cascadia Capital where he founded the firm’s Health & Wellness practice and was responsible for initiating coverage for Healthcare Services transactions within the firm’s Healthcare Group. Prior to Cascadia Capital, Eric was a Director at FocalPoint Partners originating and executing transactions in the Food & Beverage and Consumer sectors, as well as founding and spearheading the firm’s Sponsor Coverage practice. Prior to FocalPoint Partners, Eric worked in the Investment Banking Groups of CREO Capital Advisors, The Mercanti Group, and Deutsche Bank Securities. He has participated in numerous corporate finance and capital market transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, follow-on equity offerings, initial public offerings, leveraged buyouts, and equity private placements. Eric graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a B.S. in Business Administration and is registered with FINRA holding the Series 79 and 63 licenses. Most recently, Eric wrote the foreword for the re-release of Branding for Buyout, Ted Schlueter's top-selling business book that assists business owners tap unrealized enterprise value prior to exit.
