As a manager Outsourcing I am responsible for negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers off section and cascobuilding in the shipbuilding industries. I oversee the agreement between our company Royal IHC and subcontractors.I research and evaluate progress, quality of products, and product availability. I establish and maintain interpersonal relationships, as well as handle complaints, settle disputes and resolve conflicts. I have a strong decision-making skills, as well as the ability to organize and prioritize work. Me and my team off surveyors have to be able to monitor the subcontract process, review progress and make sure that the products will be delivered on time to the Yard with requested IHC quality.
