Worked closely with the Field Service & Parts and Network Development Operations to enhance the overall effectiveness of each functional area within the Business Center. Fostered the promotion of six individuals to headquarters positions and seven individuals to positions of greater responsibilities in the Business Center as the Great Lakes Business Center Sales Manager.
