Over twenty-five years of diversified experience in quality testing and inspection, including metals, composites, welds, concrete, machined details, assemblies, and plastics in a variety of conditions, together with fifteen plus years in various leadership roles leading teams from five to fifty members. Performed various tasks in several Six Sigma process improvement teams, as well as Process Based Management (PBM) teams to establish new and improved methods of production planning, manufacturing, inspection, and delivery.
