CurrentPerfect an effective system of data collection specific to each subsidiary to support management decision-making and performance reporting to the Board of Directors, the Tribal Council, and its Tribal Citizens.Ensure that all NKI Assets Under Management are protected and generate intended financial returns, making reasonable and prudent course corrections as necessary to meet or exceed intended performance.In collaboration with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and subsidiary management, lead the completion of annual business plans and budgets for each company, including capital investments, expected returns, and operational outcomes. Support the success of direct reports and ensure they have the tools to do their jobs following each subsidiary's and assigned asset's policies and plans.Hold direct reports accountable for managing the required performance of their companies, people, and other assigned assets, taking incremental action as necessary per applicable policies.Ensure all subsidiaries, people, processes, tools, and technology of NKI are held to the highest professional standards and expectations.Work closely with the Director of HR to execute an effective talent development strategy through effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention.Take the initiative to translate high-level objectives into actionable goals for performance and growth across a diverse portfolio of businesses, including performance management systems and annual operating plans for each company.Oversee company performance, especially direct report effectiveness, in building a highly engaged culture of work that fosters the attainment of operating goals by employees of each subsidiary.Partner with the CFO on revenue management to fund investments according to the NKI Investment Plan, maintain capital reserves to develop a strong balance sheet, and achieve growth targets set for each subsidiary.
