Assisting with the internal audit. Helping to establish an updated WCBS accounting system throughout the school. Keeping track of petty cash and completing weekly cash counts. Inputting and keeping records of direct debits & standing orders. Additionally, I regularly assisted the receptionists on the front desk by taking/making phone calls, as well as greeting visitors and addressing any questions they had. I was also mildly involved with the IT department, and assisted them with the establishment of a two-factor authentication system to help the school keep up to the with the then new GDPR framework.
