• Sales – track all OSR sales budgets and ensure that targets are hit in regards to quoted margin and quoted tons shipped.• Inventory – ensure that sales team members maintain and hit monthly inventory targets. • Quality – work with Quality Assurance team to disposition all NCR material • Scrap – track monthly scrap per account and compare vs. quoted. Problem solve and initiate ideas to help reduce overall scrap• Process Flows – work continuously to find and improve sales processes within the company• Hold Bi-Weekly meetings with all sales team members to review all aspects of individual accounts

• Provide business to business sales to corporate clients using effective prospecting and closing • Involved in the negotiations of multimillion dollar contracts with high level executive team members• Handle 75,000 tons of yearly business for a variety of automotive companies, such as Faurecia, Brose and Magna• Responsible for hitting monthly sales budget numbers on all contract requirements, as well as hitting monthly spot sales requirements• Work closely with all departments such as QA, IT, Dispatch, Finance to successful achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction• Provide leadership to all team members by directing their activities in a manner that successfully meets company goals • Develop and manage projects that help to increase margins in other ways then direct selling • Responsible for maintaining an adequate inventory level to both satisfy customer needs and company need• Deal with both US and Canadian suppliers when purchasing both prime and excess prime steel
