Zamro is an ambitious and fast scaling corporate start up. As online distributor Zamro unites the agile approach of a digital pure player with the knowledge of a MRO market leader. Zamro is funded by SHV holding through ERIKS.The project started by conceptual design of the business concept, internal convincing of the shareholders, funding, company founding, building a team of 66 specialists, building and launching the technology platform, creating merchandising and marketing plan, setting up processes and logistics, roll out to Belgium and Germany, managing governance and compliance. Zamro won >100.000 active customers during the first 2 years of operations and was scaling fast. Zamro received the precious 2017 Shopping Award for Best Starter (previously known as Thuiswinkel awards), the first time a B2B company won a Shopping award. And in 2018 Zamro won the Shopping Award for best B2B online player. After reaching maturity level, Zamro was integrated into the mother company to drive and accelerate the digital change. It has been renamed to ERIKS DIGITAL and is growing even faster than before.

ERIKS consists of more than 60 companies with branches in 27 countries. ERIKS has a strong position in Western Europe, the United States and a presence in South-east Asia.As global e-commerce director I was responsable for creating a new digital platform, (digital) innovation program, content team and starting a "digital change" from within.

Alito is a employment project for people with a a physical or mental work restriction, founded in 1986 by VKW Kempen and by BuSO de Ring (Turnhout).Alito started in 1986 as a supply company for the furniture industry. Meanwhile, "Alito Hout" has become a modern shaver, sawmill and furniture factory.In 2001, "Alito Green" was founded. Alito Groen focuses mainly on the maintenance of greenery in public and private areas.

Hercules Sealing Products Europe was a green field start-up of the US based HFPG group, funded by the Diploma PLC group. Hercules engineers, assembles and distributes hydraulic seals and seal kits for the mobile and industrial markets. Hercules Europe was set up as a multi-channel company with solid product knowledge and a scalable digital presence. Hercules rapidly grew into a market leading company for seal kits in Europe.

TradCom was successful frontrunner in applying new digital techniques (like punch out) in the traditional market of MRO supplies.
