Currently responsible for managing a book of business consisting of 50 large local and national companies. • Consult with brokers and clients to provide expert knowledge and advice surrounding benefit design and financial arrangements, including but not limited to: self-funded medical and prescription plans, CDHP plans, TPAs, Stop-Loss, Retrospective and Prospective arrangements, Pharmacy Benefit Management, Prescription, Vision, Life and Dental.• Analyze market trends, utilization reports and risk assessments to assist with client renewal planning and financial projections.

Managed a book of business consisting of 600 small to mid- sized companies.• Educated brokers and external clients on the new rating methodologies and product realignments by conducting broker seminars, scheduling conference calls and meeting face to face with clients.• Problem-solved with internal teams and external partners to maintain positive customer and broker relationships while transitioning to a new product portfolio.
