• Apply direct bill commission receivables from Insurance carriers• Discovery benefits reconciliation - FSA and dependent care• Daily extract of information from agency mgmt system to Great Plains general ledger.• Monthly accrual entries• Maintain Prepaid insurance schedule and book monthly entry• Deferred rent entries• Deferred Tenant allowance entries• Book Interest related to deferred compensation• Provide interim and annual audit information as needed• Serve as a backup for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable• Post adhoc journal entries• Quarterly excise tax preparation and filings

· Billing and Control of A/R and A/P for both Branches (Protection, Inspection)· Entering Payroll and Certified Payroll on a weekly basis· Signing Invoices and Liens of Release of job sites· Direct line for communication for employees out in the field · Completing Annual Tax Forms (W2s, 940, 941, ext.) every year · Applying Billing Summaries monthly for Company (Inspections Summary, A/R and A/P Summary)· Making Weekly Payments on Taxes and Employee Benefits (401k and Child Support )
