Created and implemented operating procedures for all aspects of front office that have been adopted throughout Timbers Resorts. Successfully redesigned guest arrival experience and check in process following The Sebastian ownership change. Assisted the reservations department with updating the constantly evolving strategy to maximize rooms’ revenue. Took the Front Desk to award winning service levels and developed SOPs to maintain consistency in service and productivity.

Provided supervision and direction to Front Office staff to ensure proper completion of all required tasks in accordance with service standards. Assisted Front Office Manager with recruitment, employee relations and payroll. Acting FOM in their absence.
