Coordinate technology roadmap-related internal and external activities of engineering and R&D teams at the divisions to ensure alignment with the overall business strategies. Ensure that technology-related best practices are identified, disseminated and implemented throughout the divisions. Collaborate with internal and external research and development networks including local and global public-private-academic research consortia.
