Along with comprehensive back care, my goal is to assist my patients in learning how to help themselves, when it comes to achieving, and maintaining, their health goals. On each visit, I apply my skills as a neuro-muscular therapist, chiropractor, somatic movement instructor, and experienced competitive athlete. I explain where, and how, everyday life stresses have affected their body, and we work together to release the tight muscle patterns, as well as, strengthen the loose ones.   My practice includes deep tissue massage, chiropractic adjustments (hands on and light instrument), plus the application of hot, or cold packs, as indicated during our standard 40 minute treatment.
