Lectra (September 01, 2020 - present) Position Field Service EngineerThis is the best of my jobs that I have performed professionally, I have carried out different activities as a field service engineer such as:• One of my greatest achievements up to this point was to take an advanced course about Gerber cutters (paragon) in the United States where I observe mechanically, electrically, electronically, pneumatically among many things, how to repair Gerber cutters which allows me to have a very broad notion of how to approach them until diagnosing and repairing said cutters.• I have performed functions as professional services, taking courses to clients in Mexico, as well as abroad (Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua). The courses I have taken are about keeping the clients taught, in these courses I show how to operate a cutter and perform maintenance , how to repair it, diagnose faults among many more options.• Maintenance of vector blade cutters, focus laser cutters, Alys plotter, Brio tendedores.• Carrying out preventive maintenance in the company named as maintenance of 500, 1000, 2000, 4000 hours among many more.• Review of mechanical, electrical, electronic pneumatic failures, etc.• Interpretation of electrical diagrams.• I perform functions as a call center supporting clients.• Interpretation of faults and diagnosis of their solution.• Programming of inverters to control vacuum in Vector cutters• Repair and improvisation making tools to facilitate the maintenance of the cutters in the field.• I have taken online courses about the lectra platform, lectra cutting tools such as vector, versalis, Focus quantum, etc.• Likewise, I have made maintenance kits for Versalis cutters, as well as troubleshooting them in the field.• I have supported maintenance on Gerber cutters, replacement of turbines as well as updating their system, as well as revision of Gerber plotter
