I have more than 35 years of experience in the construction and architecture industry. I have leveraged my broad range of skills in architecture, construction, team leadership and quality control to achieve positions such as Project Architect/Manager, Quality Control Manager, Superintendent and Site Safety and Health Officer. With a proven track record in managing large-scale projects, I bring a broad understanding of the complexities and challenges in the construction/architecture industries and a commitment to safety and innovation. This depth of experience gives me a firm grasp on staff responsibilities, project start-ups and closeouts, the submittal process, billing procedures, schedule updates, safety compliance and how the project should progress.In closing and at this stage of my career I am looking for a company with superior communication, that keeps up with innovation, has excellent interpersonal skills, relaxed but supportive culture and has a work-hard/play-hard mindset towards employees.
