Eric D'Alessandro Email and Phone Number

Violist Eric D'Alessandro has performed throughout the United States, Canada and Europe as a soloist, chamber musician, and section violist. In addition to working with the Atlas String Quartet, he has appeared with ensembles such as the Druid City Trio and the Capstone String Quartet. Other than his interests in chamber music, Eric has a passion for new music. He works with peers to create dynamic performances of contemporary works in both the genres of chamber music and solo repertoire. In addition to contemporary viola performance, he has worked with baroque and early music in order to create a full repertoire of the classical spectrum. Eric holds a Bachelor of Viola performance from the University of Alabama where he studied with Daniel Sweaney and a Master of Viola performance from Peabody Conservatory with Victoria Chiang.
