Eric has served in a number of legal and business leadership roles at IBM and Kyndryl since leaving private practice. Currently, Eric is a Vice President and the worldwide Lead Cybersecurity Lawyer for Kyndryl, leading a host of global cybersecurity, privacy, data and regulatory initiatives, including incident response and investigations, development of regulatory strategy, internal governance and controls and compliance programs, and transformational initiatives. Eric previously held a number of leadership roles within the IBM legal team and also served as the IBM business executive leading all patent and IP licensing activities in Asia-Pacific. Eric has significant global and overseas experience having spent 4.5 years on assignment in Shanghai, China, and later Tokyo, Japan. Eric graduated from Tufts University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and received his J.D.from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law.
