My interest in and passion for Admissions and Recruitment is driven by my belief that college success stems from student fit. Reflecting on my own transformative experience at Gettysburg College, and the opportunity to share what I loved as a student tour guide, I was able to see the value in counseling and mentoring students as they make, perhaps, the first big decision of their lives. Being able to watch students realize their full potential has been the most rewarding aspect of my time in higher education, and I enjoy being a part of that process. I am drawn to small, liberal arts colleges not only because that was the crucible of my own path but also because I believe they offer the most holistic value to students who are committed to engaging in academics, finding their passions, and learning to serve.
