    I started working at GKN as a MiG welder / fabricator on the Ford Tractor Cab assembly line. I worked on various production lines, Ford, Austin Rover, Volvo, Nissan, Toyota and Range Rover before progressing into a role in the CI department in fabricating jigs for production use. Progressed to a line leader for over 5yrs running the night shift in the production of the Range Rover chassis.
