Directs all aspects of lending production and operations. Developed and implemented strategy for outsourcing of residential loans. Performed due diligence, selection and management of vendor. Hired sales manager and loan officer team to perform loan origination function. Deactivated vendor after three year contract period and assisted in the development of an in house fulfillment center, including vendor due diligence and management, and restructuring of the sales force.

Simultaneously accountable for departments that provided support to wholesale mortgage division in areas of product development and broker management. Previously at BankUnited performed roles as Wholesale Account Executive, Regional Wholesale Sales Manager and Retail Sales Manager.
